Prior to arrival, we will charge your card on file, or send an invoice for your final 50% payment, and answer any questions you may have. If you wish to change the card on file please notify us at info@caribbeanbeachcabanas.com. We will also get your arrival information, as we provide complimentary airport pick up at the Placencia Airport. Check in is 3pm but we will make every effort to have your suite ready at arrival. Check out is at 11am. We can arrange to hold luggage at check in/out and you are welcome to use our outdoor amentities.

PLEASE NOTE - This is an adults-only, 18 and over hotel only - should guests arrive with a guest in the party under 18, or with more than 2 guests for all suites/4 in Hacienda, we will assist in finding other arrangements for those guests.
